Steel Wire Rope Electric Hoist is small-sized lifting equipment which featured with compact structure, light weight, small size, parts versatility, convenient operation and so on.  It can be installed separately on the I-steel; also can form a complete set of installation in the electric or manual single beam crane, double beam crane, cantilever crane, and gantry crane.

Components of Steel Wire Rope Electric Hoist

Steel Wire Rope Electric Hoist is consisting of reducer, control cabinet, wire rope, cone-shaped motor, push switch.

The role and function of each part are as follows:

Reducer:  adopt *-level dead axle helical gear transmission mechanism, gear and gear axle made by heat treated alloy steel, box, box cover is made of high quality cast iron, assembly tightly, sealing is good.

Control cabinet: adopt safe device which can cut off the main circuit in case of an emergency, and up and down with a trip to protect fire stop.

Wire rope: use durable hoisting wire rope, it ensures long service life.

Cone-shaped motor: adopt lifting motor with large dynamic torque conical rotor asynchronous motor, neednt brake in addition.

Push switch: using hand type, light and flexible, have string manipulation and wireless remote control two ways.

RE: There are Handle Pendent, Remote Control and Cabin Control operational methods could be selected, even two or three methods could be combination. The operation method are depend on the working environment, traveling speed and your demands. 

3.  What kinds safety device will be offered for the Overhead Crane or Gantry Crane?

RE: Overload Limiter, Limit Switch (Lifting and Traveling), Interlock protection device, Buffer, Overhaul cage, Rail clear plate, Protective cover, Bus Bar preventer plate, Anti-collision device, Main isolating switch, Emergency stop system, Motor overload protection, and so on. 

4.   Do you offer special sling for the crane?
