The hot forming elbow machines are designed, engineered and built to work harder and longer than any other machines. Many of the machines we built in the ***0’s are still producing elbows today. The equipment for manufacturing elbows according to DIN ***5 (and others) of carbon and stainless steels is designed for elbow manufacturing with hot pushing method on the mandrel. The equipment allows manufacturing elbows of dimensions, wall thickness and radius of the bend that are different from stated in DIN if a mandrel is available. Technical features of the equipment allow manufacturing elbows in several streams, this option increases the productivity of the equipment. The equipment can be supplied with additional machines for cutting pipe workpieces and beveling elbows. Induction heating can be installed on the elbow hot forming machine.
