Elastic white/clear Paste

1Elastic White Paste-HCG**2/Elastic Clear Paste—HCG**0

This paste is widely used on General Knitted and Woven Fabrics: (Mercerized) Cotton, T/C, CVC, T/R, Polyester, Acrylic, etc. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

1. Chemical Nature: Acrylic Copolymeric Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc.

2. Appearance: white HCG**2;  yellowish HCG**0

3. PH value: 6.**7

4. Features: Mesh-clogging Resistance, Non-tacky, High Resilient, Stretchy and Elastic, Good Washing Fastness

5. Formula:

For white: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For medium color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For high color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

Pigment emulsion no more than *0 %

6. Printing process: textile printing→air dry→**0℃ for 2 minutes through dryer for fast cure.

7. Packing: *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**2; *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**0

8. Attention: cross linker to be used for better performance: 1.5%*3%. Once it is added, the paste must be all used within 6 hours or be discarded.
