• Introduction:
• Referring to the principle of German made similar equipment; REDPEAK has solely developed this machine to meet the market demands. The machine is suitable to produce coreless bandage rolls from elastic or non-elastic, woven or 
  non-woven materials of 2, 3 and 4 inches (5cm, 7.5cm and *0cm) wide rolls. With the PLC control mode two step motors 
  for driving system and two sets of electronic speedadjustment systems, the machines complete automatically the active
   unwinding of large materials rolls, materials feeding, rolling, length counting, cutting at pre-set length and ejection of 
  products rolls. All the processes are integrated on one machine. The production rate is high. The sizes of final rolls is 
  stable and in good shape
• Main Features and Functions: 
  1. PLC control mode and step motor driving ensure the accurate transmission of bandages, thus, the outer shape is better than manually-rolled and cut ones.
  2. Active unwinding of material rolls and automatic excessive feeding reduces the spin speed variations, thus ensure the bandages to be rolled at required tension. As a result, the unwanted elastic bandages elongation is eliminated during rolling process.
  3. Two sets of step motor system complete the feeding and rolling processes. The bandages rolled can be adjusted in terms of tension, tightness ratio and diameters.
  4. Cutting at pre-set length with a pair of specially-designed scissors it is more accurate and clean in. The cut materials are automatically fed in.
  5. Touch-screen control panel is easy to operate and to directly monitor the real time work processes at any time.
  6. The automation level and work efficiency of this machine is higher. As a result, the labor demand is less and the germ content is reduced with less body contact. The product is hygienic.
