SHENZHOU brand polyester geogrid is warp knitted from high tensile multifilament polyester yarns with state-of-the-art technology and coated with black PVC or Styrene Butadiene Copolyme(SBR).

1. high intension, high tenacity, high oclusive force with soil or gravel, erosion-resistant, water drainage, light weight

2. reinforce soft soil roadbed, rib side slope of embankment, enhance isolation, inhibit ground deformation, prevent crack by reflection, increase strength of roadbed.

Application of Polyester geogrid :

1. roadbed reinforce of road and railway, crack prevent, increase roadbed strength

2. reinforcement and stabilization of riverside, embankment and side slope

3. dyke reinforcement on soft ground for stress evenness, sedimentation adjustment,

increase of stablity and loading capacity of fundus

4. reinforcement of the surface of road and bridge.
 

From the requirement of the European market for the construction product, it should be complied with EU standard, for the Geotextile products, according to the different intend use, it should be refer with Construction Product Directive (*9/**6/EEC) with harmonized standards such as EN****9, EN****0 and EN****1. We, Yixin shenzhou geotextile company as a professional manufactory has notified for this issue, and have applied the CE marking with European recognition Notified Body ***1 since ***0.

However, Construction Product Regulation (CPR) **5/***1/EU has replaced the construction products directive (CPD) *9/**6/EEC since 1st, July, ***3. It would required the manufactory also updated the related technical documents according to this new regulation. Since our CE certification was issued by Notified Body under AoC sytem 2+, so we have done the necessary documentation training according to CPR **5/***1/EU.
