Extruding and Injiection Molding Rrocess
The roving or the chopped strands mixed with the thermoplastic resin are extruded at certain temperature through screw extruder machine and cutted into pellets after water cooling and then the pellets are put into injection molding machine to rm final product.

The filament diameter of EW738WK is 13micron,its linear density is 2000tex,compatible for PA resin.EW738WK product features and application:low static,good choppability,good dispersion,high mechanical performance ,excellent hydrolysis resistance.Mainly used for producing auto Water tank.
