This Blast furnace Dusty gas cut-off butterfly
valve plays the role of cutting off the medium in the pipeline
of blast furnace system and can be used as gas combustion valve,
air burning shut off valve,purified gas shut off valve, cold blast
valve and chimney valve.; It is used as adjusting valve in the bag
filter system; it is used as shut off valve or adjusting valve in
the TRT gas pipeline system.
Flap
valve can be used as charging or discharging device for ash bucket
of dedusting equipment, mill machine and bucket.
This
type of valve is called electric double deck single gate flap
valve, the valve plate will be automatic open by material gravity
force, after material drop down, the valve plate will be automatic
reset by counter weight leverage system, so that to complete
material convey purpose.
