Function
As the important equipment for the top grade dry end corrugated
paperboard production line, it adopts full automatic duplex
control mode,
while it finishs the highly precision slitting and scoring, it
can realize instant order changing without stopping, minimize the
order change wasting
time and improve the production efficiency at the same time. This
machine can finish those works that are done by two sets of other
type
slitter scorers. It reduces the buyers’investments , and saves
workshop space.
Feature
1.This machine is devided into the slitting group and scoring
group. Each group has two rows of slitting blades and two rows of
scoring wheels seperately. One row of slitting and scorer wheels
work alternatively with the other row, which will realize
non-stop order changing without speed reduction.
2.High quality industry computer and PLC compose the machine
computer control system .
3.The minimum scoring width is *5mm, the minimum slitting width
is **5mm.
4.Applying AC servo ball screw order arrangement driving system,
it will return to zero position after order arrangement each
time, which guarantee high precision.
5.Innovation designed down scorer wheel and cylindrical smooth
roller swithcing mechanism, meets the convex to flat scoring
requirement for the full version printing. For the convex to flat
scoring, it only move to the down scorer wheel position, without
stopping machine for changing or switching the flat roll scorer
wheels, it avoides the lining marks on the paperboard
completely.
6.Creative designed quick locking and releasing structure, the
slitting group can be separated with the scoring group along the
track rail, which will make more convenient for maintenance. In
working status, the two groups will be combined together quickly
by the locking structure.
7.whole pedestal shifting rectifying structure is more reliable
than the lateral traction one.
8.When in operation status or stop status, the idle slitting
blades and scorer wheels distribute equally ,with symmetrical
aesthetics on vision ,without effecting the order changing speed.
The beam is symmetrical load - bearing, it minimizes the pressing
line depth deviations caused from the beam deformation.
