Golden Bull series red brick machine JKY is a double stage vacuum extruder, which is used to produce all kinds of solid and hollow brickssuch as firedclay bricks, refractoryshale bricks, sinteredcoal gangue bricks,firedfly ash bricks,refractoryriver sludge bricks.
 
Structure:
The machine is welded with high quality carbon steel and consists of four parts: upper mixer, lower extruder, vacuum system and pneumatic system.
 
Work principle:
The ready raw material is fed into the mixing box being mixed then pushed into the vacuum chamber, where most ofairin the material is extracted by a vacuum pump. So the plasticity, adhesion and density of the material is improved. The material is finally extruded into a continuous column which canbecut into solid or hollow bricks.
