Our Automatic Cutting-Scalling Machine has a special designed dividing drum and intake piston. Thanks to this, it cuts the dough at the requested weight in gram without pressing and harming the dough. Our automatic cutting-scalling machine divides even sensitivie doughs as gently as by hand, The lubrication system is automatically operated.
All surfaces are lubricated with food based oil thus, the machinery is enchanced to accuracy and long service life. All the surfaces contacting the dough are made of stainless steel. It is not necessary to clean cutting system in this machine. The weight ranges can optionally be adjusted both manually mechanically. It can be produced which is varying between *****0 gr, ******0 gr, *******0 gr.
