The machine adopts totally new patent design of transmission structure and central oil supply system which can reduce interier temperature of the machine and extend service life of the gear.

Intensification design of height for cylinder intensities the stability of  roation and working life for machine. the cylinder gear and top gear adopt improved hobbing cutter processed synchronously with high accuracy. one main transimission shaft plus two subsidiary transmission shafte can enhance the reliability and durability of transmission system so that the stability of operation han high-speed dynamic precision of the machine are improved.

Cams are provided with closed four-tracks design together with independently designed cooling system and special machining process, wich allows the cams to get good capability of heart dissipation.

The machine has muliple functions and is wqipped with two upper cams and four low cams, which allows you to change double-side knitting rasily and satify various market demands just by changing arrangement of cams; only the machine with excellent performance, high output and high-precision structure can ensure quality of fabric.

Needle traces are seperate in various ways so that cams can be adjusted independently; thus fabrics will be more changable.
