Working Principle:

Double Roller Crusher is the frequently used  roller crusher which is made up of  two cylindrical rollers installed horizontally. The two rollers rotate in different directions, materials fall on top of the rollers and enter crushing chamber under the action of roller sufface friction to be crushed by the rollers and the final products is discharged from outlet. The crushing proces is continous. The crusher has strong discharging force, so that even the wet materials can also be discharged.
