·Heating plate with good heating performance made of polished steel plate.

·Three sections controlling the  steam pressure individually to get the suitable tempreture.

·Hydraulical controll make pressure adjustment and belt lifting steadily.

·Pressure rollers can be adjusted according to the paperboard condition to make it flat and even.

·Good quality cotton belts for upper part and lower part.

·With manual fasten system and pneumatic fasten system. Auto aligning system for upper belt,manual fasten  system for lower belt.

·Drive rolles wrapped with antiabrasive rubber.

·Dip-feed lubrication system for gear box.

·With safe guard device.
