Description

SHIN-TENYO butterfly valve is designed in the double eccentric disc concept. This design reduces the seating wear to minimum caused by disc camming action during closing and provides the superior throttling characteristics. Much kind of options of soft seat offers wider using range under different conditions. Double Eccentric Butterfly Valves are characterized by their long service and reduced friction. It is available in a wide range of dimensions at competitive prices.

Feature

a. Seal Retention: Stainless steel retaining ring providing positive retention of the rubber seal allowing valve to be bubble tight
b. All ferrous components are coated with **0 Microns of Epoxy for superior corrosion resistance and long life.
c. Integrally cast and mounting pad provides direct mounting of many actuators.
d. Bi-directional sealing and zero leakage
e. Provides drip tight shutoff, to the full valve rating, in either direction
f. The resilient sealing ring encapsulated in the disc is fully adjustable and replaceable
g. Reduces seating and unseating torques providing extended valve life
h. Provides uninterrupted **0 degree sealing surfaces.
