Application: In food industry, it is used as agent for bake, prevent oxidizing or off-color, in dairy product, it is used as emulsifier, prevent albumen coagulation. In solid beverage, it is used as buffer, chelate, emulsifier. Raise the condensing temperature of the ice-cream.

Storage and transport: It should be stored in a ventilative and dry warehouse instead of in the open air, kept away from water, moisture and sunlight during transport, handled with care, so as to avoid damage to bags. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
