BELOW IS OUR DIP AND PAY PROCEDURE

Buyer issues ICPO containing the Sellers working Procedures.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice and the contact detail of the storage company where the product was stored.
3. Buyer signed and return the commercial invoice along with the acceptance letter.
3. Seller issues ATC to buyers to obtain the following information
a. Terminal hub Number:
b. Port Access code:
c. Tank ID â„–:
d. GPS Coordinates:
e Tank Operator Contact:
4. upon obtaining the following information seller issue the following POP:
a. Last SGS Report from the Sellers tank
b. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
c. Injection Report
d. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization letter (DTA)
e. Authorization to Sell, and Collect (ATSC)
f. Authorization to Verify (ATV)
5. Seller issues NCNDA/IMFPA for the following document to all intermediaries involved in the Transaction and to Buyer for signing.
7. Upon successful DIP Test in tanks. The buyer makes the payment for the product via MT**3 and Seller Transfers Title Ownership to Buyer. 
8. Buyer started injection with to his tank within *4hours or extend the seller tank for more days to avoid demurrage.
