The major functions of the diamond wire saw machine:                                              

1. Variable wire speed range from ***0M/S, allows to quarrying all kinds of stone material with different hardness and texture like marble, granite, sandstone etc.
2. Automatic constant tensioning system to keep the wire always in optimal working condition and furthest guarantee the cutting duration of diamond wire.
3. Angle adjustment range from ****0 degree(electric auto), allows to horizontal, vertical and any direction cutting.

Remarks:

1. Standard power supply is *-phases **0V, *0Hz. Any difference of the power should be informed. We could design and adjust the machines to be compatible with any power supply requirement (Extra price will be needed for different voltage requirement as sometimes separate voltage transformer will be necessary)

2.We have another Economical type wire saw machines, LQ-DWS-E***8P & LQ-DWS-EM***8P for granite cutting and LQ-DWS-EM****6P for marble cutting, which has the basic functions of standard type, difference is without electric horizontal movement or electric turnover function. (Manual)
