Deodorization plastic packaging recycling PE, PP 

      With the increasing use of recycled polymers to a growing demand for odor control in the plastics. The smell of plastic recycled from many sources, including odors from the polymer, the smell from the degradation products of polymer additives, odor specific to recycling where the polymer has been used, such as in the box cheese or oil storage tanks. One obvious problem is that consumers do not like the smell of the products they buy. Additionally, recycling usually want to reduce odors to improve the operator's environment during seed compounds and plastics recycling, or in downstream processing such as bottle production.
        Plastics industry currently uses different methods and additive technology to solve odor problems. In some applications, such as perfume pleasant citrus or vanilla is added to mask the odor. Some additives, including microporous materials such as activated carbon and aluminosilicates, absorb or trap odor compounds and VOCs. Additives to neutralize odor compounds with bonds reduces their volatility. An alternative solution is to remove odors using odor compounds (such as water, nitrogen, carbon dioxide), which removes the volatiles by degassing in the extruder.
TLPA****0 acts as a deodorant, but it is as simple as a particulate additive. Additives to reduce the solubility of volatile compounds so that they are removed from the extruder degassing process.
