Defoamer for Polyvinyl Alcohol

Description 
This product is a kind of high efficient defoamer which made from mineral oil and polyether ester by special technology, it can quickly remove all big and tiny foams that caused by the leather oil, leather coating, acrylic emulsion, aqueous polyurethane emulsion, leather edge oil and the polymers such as styrene-acrylic, ethylene propylene, pure acrylic, casein, polyvinyl alcohol, etc.  
It also can be used in the latex coating adhesives such as vinyl acetate(VAC) and carboxylated styrene-butadiene to control foams problem.
And with the advantages of excellent foams control performance, good leveling property and small dosage, it will not affect the product effect even if overcommitting.

Application
This defoaming agent is used in printing coating(viscous adhesive cement), polymer emulsion polymerization, acrylic emulsion, low viscosity aqueous printing paste, printing paste, low viscosity glue, the systems with big foams, etc.

Instructions 
Usage: Direct add this defoamer into the foaming system. It also can be used together with other powdered additives after mixing evenly.  
Recommended dosage: 0.1~1% of the total formula, the optimal dosage should be determined through the actual test.

Packaging and storage
1. Packing: *0KG, **0KG, ***0KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.
2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around *5ºC.
3. The shelf life is about *2 months.
4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
