2.2 Standard test condition：

All test and measurements shall be made under standard atmospheric conditions(Temperature: *5℃，Relative humidity: <*5% )for testing. Before the measurements are made, the super capacitor shall be store at the measuring temperate for a time sufficient to allow the entire super capacitor to reach this temperature.
