The optimum parameters of brazing diffusion bonding for micro-nickel cylinders and SUS***6 stainless steel have been studied. Nickel base metal filler BNi*3 was introduced into the 0.*5 mm bonding gap under 4 × *0−6 Torr vacuum at ***0 and ***0 °C to observe the microstructure, investigate the bonding strength and analyze the various elements in the interface. The experimental results showed that the bonding strength is directly proportional to the brazing time. Additionally, good bonding strength was achieved within *0 min at ***0 °C. This was found to be superior to the *0 kg/cm2 working pressure for the manufacturing of spinnerets. The optimal bonding parameters are established for spinneret bonding. This study put forward a reliable bounding technique to the artificial fiber and micro-manufacturing industries.
