Coolant serves to cool, lubricate, wash and anti-rust functions. Cutting fluid usually has problem of deterioration stink, cauterization, foam, and skin allergies. Present method used to process the used coolants is not environmentally friendly, causing growth of bacteria and other smelly oder. this is both harmful to human as well as asit wasting resources. our new method provides a way to protect the environmentally  as well as asit elminated bad oder by using ozone application. It also prolongs the life usage of the devices, reduces waste materials and improve the accuracy of the machined surfaced, also it can reduce the time of regular replacement by workers.
