TongYu is now one of major manufacturer of large casting and forgings in China .We provide all kinds of free forgings used for thermal power,hydroelectirc, and shipbuilding industires.
 
Turbine rotors and generator rotors are required to work under a high speed of ********0r/min,and high/medium pressure rotors for steam turbine have to bear a temperature of ******0℃，So the material for high/medium pressure rotors of steam turbine must own properties og high temperature resistance, good plasticity and toughness, high creep strength,and low ductile-brittletransition temperature. Requirement for the material for low pressure rotors of steam turbine and generator rotor are the same. Besides, generator rotors have to possess good magnetic permeability.

TongYu has established strict inspection systerm for each of the production steps from smelting ,forging,heat treatment,flaw detection, to mechanical processing. The turbine rotors and generator rotors we have produced are in conformity with the national and European standards, such as JB/T***5,JB/T***2, JB/T***5, JB/T***6, and SEW**5.
 
Clients are required to offer their drawings and technical requirement, Which will transferred to technical department(heat treatment center, large forgings research center, mechanical research center, and welding department, etc,) for confirmaion and accounting, Then we will offer you the quotation, The ordered products will be put into production as soon as possible after clients have placed an order.  For any problems rasied in the product line ,We will contact and disscuss with our clients directly.

Manufacturing process
Smelting-forging-Heat treatment-Roughing-Quenching & tempering-Machining-Packaging.(parts of forgins are well-done after tempering)
 
Quality control

1. In the smelting process, strict cintrol is needed for some harmful elements,gas ,and non-metallic impurities, like P S Pb Sn As Sb Bi H O and N, apart from the prescribed chemical components.
2. Strict forging techniques are required to meet the nondestructive testing needs
3. The quenching and tempering are conducted on materials to achieve high comprehensive mechanical properties , large grain size and good microstructure.
4. CNC equipment is adopted for high processing accuracy.
5. For forgings parts needs welding, we will adjust their chemical components to realize a reasonable carbon equivalent and enhance their performance.
