Production Process
Trough idlers/ troughing rollers are used for conveying bulk materials, and are designed and manufactured withtrough anglesof 20° and 30° normally. Idlers of 45° trough angle or any other angles are also manufacturedas per customer'sdesign and drawings.

We can also design/ manufacture and supply 5-roller-type idler rollers. Mounting brackets are manufacturedout of standard steel sections to have rigidity and stability of the frame.
