    Crystal ethylene glycol antimony, one new high -performance polyester catalyst, is originaly  researched and developed by the company.

    Our crystal ethylene glycol antimony can obviously speeds up the condensation reaction rate, and its catalytic activity surpasses other catalysts. Thus it is the best catalyst in the polyester production at present.

2. Advantages:

   *  High purity and few impurities. It hardly contains 0 pricestibium and  5 price stibium, and has quite few heavy metals and compounds such as iron, arsenic, lead, chloride, and sulfate, so that the quality has got greatly improved. It turns the chromatic aberration to the small, brightness high, particle cohesion small and more applicable to produce bottlle-grade chips, film-grade chips and differentiated polyester.

   *  the spinnability of the polyester products catalyzed by crystal athylene glycol antimony catalyst is so good that it can improve the grade rate of the the downstream textile, reduce the end breakage rate of the POY textile by *2%, lengthen the time gap of cleaning the textile module by *0%, and reduce the number of times of the textile downtime by *0%.

   * In the physical process, it does not produce any impurities. The glycol base can be dissociated into glycol, thus the consumption of glycol effectively gets reduced.

   * The solubility is excellent that it dissolves quickly at *0 degrees Celsius, and effectively prevents the formation of impurities such as alcoholysis products and lipids.

   * Good serviceability and strong catalytic activity. In whichever polyester production plan antimony acetate and antimony trioxide can be used as catalyst, crystal ethylene glycol antimony can also be used without any change of operating environment.

   * the term of stabilization lasts long. It will change nothing for at least two years as far as it is kept sealed.
