Jaw crusher introduction:

Jaw crusher working principle:
 

Jaw crusher mainly consists of frame, eccentric shaft, big pulley, flywheel, moving jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle plate

backseat, gap adjusting screw and reset spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, etc, among them, toggle plate also have insurance

effect. Jaw crusher makes a motor as power, triangle belt and Geneva wheel drive eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw do advance and

return movement as the desired trajectory, thus materials enter the crushing cavity that composed of the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw

plate and side guard plate, will be crushed, and finished materials are discharged from the discharge gate in lower part of jaw crusher.
