The Buyer has within 3 banking days from the date of signing the contract to pay to the Seller *0.**0,*0 US dollars as irrevocable guarantee of performance of the contract obligations (“performance bond”), which the Seller has the right to use to receive of means under the claims and penalties. If there are no penalties and claims the sum of a guarantee will be taken into account during final mutual settlements.
