Quality:Uzbek upland cotton of ***3 year crop, **5 types (1.3/*2 – 1.1/8 inches), grades “Birinchi” - “Beshinchi”, all classes (under O’z DSt **4:***1 Standard).
 
Terms of delivery:
FOB    – port Bandar Abbas(Iran)/Iljichevsk (the Ukraine)/Riga (Latvia);
DAF    – Sariagach/Oasis border-exit r/w stations from Uzbekistan;
FCA    – specialized cotton terminals of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
EXW  – bonded warehouses on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
The price for cotton fiber is determined in US dollars and calculated in the following way and order: The preliminary price for cotton fibre of grade “Birinchi”, class “Urta”, code *5 (staple length of 1.3/*2 inch, type 5) is determined at the average value of quotations "Cotton Outlook" (Liverpool) ***3/*4 Index "A" (Far East values) and its Uzbekistan component;
