Accepted Procedures (Non Negotiable) to be stated in the Proforma Invoice

1, Seller  issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
2, Buyer Signs And Returns FCO .
3, Seller Issues Draft Contract.
4, Buyer stamped, signs and returns draft contract.
5, Seller Issues Proforma Invoice including Bank transfer details for
the advance payment of *0%.6, On receipt of *0% payment by Seller , loading and packing commences
as agreed.
7, During loading and packing, Seller will provide all steps by steps
pictures with dates. 
8, 5 days when the vessel leaves the seller's port, Seller will provide
scanned or fax copy of Bill of Lading and buyer makes  another *0% payment.
9, After verification of the goods in the destination port, *0%
payment is required, followed by a hard copy of all required documents.
