PROCEDURES FOR THE RUSSIAN SELLER:
3.1 Upon the confirmation of this contract Seller and Buyer shall
appoint a third party to act as an intermediary in finalizing
this transaction. (Escrow Company or a Public
Notary)
3.2 Seller shall issue all documents confirming the delivery of
the goods to buyer to the intermediary. (Escrow Company or a
Public Notary)
3.3 Escrow Company shall send all document to the buyer on which
buyer shall make payment directly to the escrow account for the
internal logistical cost of the captioned goods. Payment will act
as guarantee for the transaction.
3.4 When product is delivered to buyers port, Escrow company
shall transfer the initial transportation costs to sellers
account.
3.5 Thereafter extra inspection by the buyer, he will issue
payment for the goods delivered deduction the logistical
costs.
