Use and maintenance

1、Before you can use it to make it smooth exhaust, try running **3 minutes, check whether it is normal operation, start is flexible. Without exception, can be put into use. (such as vibration head, the head and the wind vibration motor can be gently tapping on the ground)
2、Air intake hose diameter shall be not less than *5mm, the pressure shall not be less than 0.**0.4MPa.
3、Connect the air inlet pipe to pipe and joint dirt blown, to avoid impurities into the cylinder causing parts wear or rotor stuck not operation, serious when can cause the cylinder to squeeze broken.
4、In the process of using the vibrator according to the requirements of the site use, control the air intake pressure can adjust vibration frequency.
5、Pneumatic vibrator used, can not be placed in the water, to prevent debris and sewage into the wind motor.
6、Pneumatic motor repair, on the lower end cover bearing chamber, to add the lubricating oil (grease ZL*3), to ensure that the bearing lubrication.
7、The wind motor rotor blade wear, will be stuck, unable to work. You can remove the top cover, the upper cover with M*0 screw and remove the burrs, repair or replacement of light leaf blade.
8、If stored for a long time, should remove the cleaning, oil seal, to avoid corrosion.
