PRESTRESSED CONCRETE POLE MAKING MACHINE
Supply all matching equipment used in the production line
1. ready mix concrete batching plant, mainly need JS concrete mixer, concrete batcher, cement bin
2.steel rebar production, need wire straightening and cutting machine, winding machine, steel bar coil machine
3. form steel wire cage in the half mold,need tensioning machine, head machine, flange plate
4. filling concrete into half open mold, need automatic concrete feeding machine
5. put two halves of mold together and place onto centrifugal spun machine for *5minutes, need bridge crane, hanging rod
6. steam curing into steam pool for better poles solidity and fast dry time, about 4 hours, need steam boiler
7. demoulding: check appearance of concrete pole and repair defects if there is any. need tesing machine
8. transfer poles to outdoor, need poles shifting trolley, gantry crane

1. Mold material: Q**5B, with thickness*0mm
Centrifugal machine running wheel material: cast steel *5(wear resistance)
