KM**5 Double Layer is a large concrete block machine which can give production of concrete rectangle tile, hollow block & solid blocks, pavers stone, and other concrete materials for construction of roads and building.

The machine consists of two parts: main machine with primary filling bucket for aggregates raw-material of concrete, sand, and crush mix, however, other one is color mix machine with another filling bucket for fine surface layer on top of the paver tiles or solid blocks. With color mix machine, a variety of products with beautiful colored face layer can be produced.

• Two Vibrator Motors *5HP with table & stands to vibrator the mould for strength.
• Two Conveyor Belts 2HP (One For Aggregate Concrete Raw-Material & Other for topping color)
• One Electric panel with variable controls.
• Chain conveyor *0 feet in length for auto pallets with finished product output.
• Hydraulic unit with tank and motor gear of *0hp. ( without hydraulic oil)
• Stripping synchronization by means of four pillars (compaction part, mould)
