Compression Springs*-

1)Based on standards of GB/T***9,*****9,GB/T******4. 

2)Compression springs are widely used in machinery, hardware, automation equipment, automotive, electrical equipment, computer, mining equipment, medical equipment, electric tools, harvester, home appliances, manual tools, instruments, etc.

3)Materials: oil quenching, tempering spring steel , stainless steel, etc..

4)The shape of the spring can be customized: cylindrical, flat, conical, double conical , tower and other shapes

5)The end shape of the springs can be customized, for example: coiled to one or more coils or not coiled ,  half grounded or 3 / 4 grounded, or more

6)springs surface treatment can be customized, such as silver / copper, nickel, chrome, zinc or spray, shot peening, paint, black / blue, coated with anti rust oil, and so on,

7)we can do ODM for corrosive springs,

8)we can do ODM for wire diameter Φ0.*-Φ*0mm with different materials ,and accuracy class, fatigue life reliable and stress measurable ,a small ODM order for compression springs are acceptable
