  Crushing is one of the most critical processes in the feed production process. It directly affects the quality, yield, energy consumption and cost of feed products.
 
Raw material after crushing, surface area increase, conducive to animal digestion and absorption; but also variety raw material can get uniform size, help to improve and raise mixing and other processing links.
 
Batching is the process in feed production normally happening between the grinding of ingredients and mixing of the feed.

Mixing is under external force, two or more kinds ingredients mixed with each other.

Pelleting is the mesh feed plus steam conditioning, and force to pellet by pelletizer, then cooling, crumble and classifying, to get required pellet feed.
