Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China. You can fly to Guangzhou airport, then you could take a TAXI to us or contact us in advance to pick you up from your hotel.

We usually take wooden crates + angle foam as our package. While if you request paper carton to pack the cargo, there will be some extra charges.
 
After Sales Service: 
 
1. No excuse for replacing quality default components.
2. No excuse for change a default refrigerator to be a brandnew refrigerator (While shipping the refrigerator shall paid by the clients in advance). 
3. Warranty for the entire set of our refrigerator will be 2 years.
