Cold Stamping coupler:
The cold stamping coupler works together with cold extrusion press machine, they can be used for the connection of rebar whose diameter is from *6mm to *0mm.

There is no thread inside the coupler, so this  system owns good fatigue resistance. As so, it is usually applied in bridge project, nuclear power plant and so on. 

working principle:
It mainly link the rebar with sidewise extrusion by the cold extrusion press machine, make the coupler plastic deformation then occlude tightly with the steel in order to link the rebar.

Features:
1) Because of the good resistence of the joint, it is widely used in bridge constructions.
2) No flammable gases, not affected by rainy or cold weather, easy to operate.
3) Saves *0% connector steel consumption.
4) The system most used when one end of rebar has been fixed and couldn't be revolved.
