Introduction:

Thiscold drawn splined steel pipe is made by high quality structural carbon steel pipe. After multiple cold drawn process, this tube have tiny tolerance and high mechanical property.

 

Application:

Spline coupling consists of internal splines and external splines. The inner and outer splines are multi-toothed parts, the splines on the inner cylinder surface are internal splines, and the splines on the outer cylinder surface are external splines.

Steel chemical & mechanical:

ASTM A**9: ***8, ***0, ***6, ***5

JIS G***5:STKM *1A, STKM *3A, STKM *6A, STKM *7A

DIN ***1:ST*7, ST*5, ST*2

 

Outside diameter range: *****0mm

Tolerance of Outside diameter: +/*0.**8mm

Wall thickness range: 2-*0 mm

Tolerance of Wall thickness:+/**0% or less.

 

Seamless Steel Pipe Process: Hot rolled tubes→acid pickling→splined mould→ cold drawn→stress relieved annealed→multiple cold drawn process→stress relieved annealed→test→package

 

Delivery condition: Stress RelievedAnnealed

 

Surface condition: Smooth

 

Finished products Test: Chemical, Tensile test,dimension inspection, flat test, expand test,eddy current test etc.
