manufacturing operations officially began in ***4 with a total of
*6 employees, and soon became a pioneer in manufacturing Filter
Fabric (Bolting Cloth) in Surat, India. It caters the demand of

Bhagirath Industries came into initiation in ***2 as a mother
company which supplies Filter Fabric, "Baby Doll" Bemberg Duppattas
(Bemberg- Cupro Fibre), Bemberg Chiffon Fabric, Embroidery Thread,
Polyester and Nylon monofilament yarn and Cocoon Bobbin (Schiffli
Back yarn).
Cocoon bobbins also known as Schiffli back yarn is exclusively used for the under-thread component in multi-needle lockstitch "Schiffli" embroidery and quilting machines. The bobbin will have a major effect on the quality of the end product, be it embroidery or quilting.
