The CNG Hydraulic Daughter Station working principle of this unit is to treat trailer cylinder group as the gas storage system of compressor, and divide vehicle cylinder group into high, medium and low three groups, when the car refueling, firstly filled by low-pressure gas cylinder group, when fill to a certain pressure, switch to medium-pressure gas cylinder group, and finally high-pressure gas cylinder group make up the required filling pressure.

When the CNG Hydraulic Daughter Station pressure of high-pressure gas cylinders group is below *0MPa, compressor group will start automatically, drive the gas of low-pressure gas cylinders group to high-pressure gas cylinders group. When the pressure of low-pressure gas cylinders group is below 2MPa, compressor will automatically switch to drive the gas of medium-pressure gas cylinders group to the high-pressure cylinders. When the pressure of medium-pressure gas cylinders is below 2MPa, and the pressure of high-pressure gas cylinders group is below *0MPa, high-pressure gas cylinder group will be automatically converted to low-pressure cylinder group, directly fill to the car. Compressor drive the gas of this cylinder to that cylinder of daughter station pry, fill to the car as high-pressure gas cylinders group, until the pressure of trailer cylinders group is below 2MPa.
