Advanced technology and unique craft.  This equipment combines the pneumatic driving, individual elastic force, detecting along moving, pressing at multiple points.



High speed cutting with special tools. Absorb the advanced design features, and combine the needs of this machine, multi-tools is adopted. The special build-up type milling tools have small angles and large diameters. The smallest entry angle of the tools and exit angle can be found so that the heavy duty beveling craft and technology are achieved.



Dual sides synchronous, bevels can be made at one time machining. Different cutting tools are performing individually. I, V, X , U type bevel types are available. The roughness and straightness can be assured.



Automatic Work piece feeding, no need for clamping. When the work piece is lifted upon the worktable, it will be aligned automatically. And the automatic aligning and clamping will be finished within 1 to 2 munities.



Pneumatic driving and no oil contamination. Automatic chip removal, wind cooling. The closed cutting and synchronous and automatic adjustment while moving are adopted. Chips will be collected and conveyed to the chip box.



Compacted frame and separates flexibly. This machine composes of several modules to ensure rigidity and the space using. The spindles and pressing rollers are composed by four sliding-bar modules. They can be dismantled individually when maintenance. They forms one unit when machining. This creates adequate space for tool changing.



High precision and good safety insurance. The feeding speed is set according to different size and material of plates. The digital detecting and signal feedback are adopted for the entire machine, the machine will stop working once the overloading of machine occurs.
