Threaded Insert is a new type of fastener.It's made of SUS wire with diamond shape and high precision & strength capacities.

Threaded Inserts look like spring and often used in low strength and think materials or objects such as casting iron,Al,Mg and etc elements.Helical coil could improve the joint strength and anti-abrasive,at the same time,it could improve the thrust surface,flexible coupling and clear up the tolerances between the pitches and half of thread angles of the inside & outside threads.

Helicoil screw thread inserts are precision formed screw thread coils Worked into a diamond shape. This wire is then wound into a spiral coil which when installed into helicoil tapped holes, provides a permanent conventional *0 deg internal screw threads. Helicoil inserts provide a positive means for protecting and strengthening tapped threads in any material. It is used for manufacturing high strength, wear-resistant, high duty, vibration-proof in metallic and non-metallic materials such as Al, Mg alloy, plastic to form M and MJ thread.
