Chocolate Ball Mill
Ball Mill Optima is developed for fine grinding of cocoa liquor, 
chocolate masses, confectionery coatings and nut compounds.
Made of stainless steel and special alloyed steel.equipped 
with the system of water cooling.Equipped with electronic 
control system of grinding process.

Automatic control for ball mill
Process flow sheet of the production line. Mass is fed from 
high-speed Premixer OPTIMA to the first ball mill OPTIMA for 
pre-grinding. Afterwards mass is fed to the second ball mill 
OPTIMA for final grinding. Provides a continuous process and
ensures the stable product quality.The optimal solution to 
ensure the high productivity for large-scale Enterprise.

Automatic control of complex mixing and dosing system
Process flow sheet of the production line "a round". Mass is
fed from high-speed Premixer OPTIMA to the ball mill OPTIMA
for grinding and afterwards returns to the mixer,ensuring 
product movement in a closed circle. Enables to control the 
degree of grinding and the viscosity of the product. 
The optimal solution to ensure the high-quality grinding of 
chocolate masses and fillings.Designed for small and

products.
