After the entrance control the raw material is conditioned stored. The Chicken baader meat white is made of wishbones and trimmings. The wishbones and trimmings are produced by ourselves or bought from slaughterhouses. The wishbones and trimmings are conditioned stored at our factory after the entrance control is conducted. After that, the whishbones are stripped of bones by using a separator. After that the meat is packed into foil, labelled and put into crates. The filled crates are piled up on a pallet. The pallets are brought in to a freeze bunker as soon as possible to obtain as quick as possible a core temperature of maximum - *8 ºC. When the correct temperature is reached the crates emptied and the frozen product is piled up on a pallet. The pallet is foreseen with an upper- and under foil and is foiled after that completely. At last the pallets are labelled and stored and/or transported under conditioned circumstances.
