• Charcoal is loaded into the hopper of feeder (1).
• The feeder is equipped with vibrating batching installation which provides even charcoal supply to elevating conveyor belt (2) and saves charcoal from crushing.
• Elevating conveyor belt (2) supplies charcoal into the hopper of weight feeder (3), then by means of vibrating installation (4) charcoal from the weight feeder is delivered into products pipeline (6) equipped with weight feeder (5).
• From the pipeline weight feeder (7) measured portion of charcoal gets into the bag.
• After the filling the bag is ready for packing.
• In addition the installation may be equipped with aspiration system and hose filters. The dust is removed from the whole zones where it can be produced in the process of operation. Aspiration system guarantees **0% cleanness of the process at all stages.
