Our ORGANIC CINNAMON CEYLON STICKS are commonly referred to as 'true' cinnamon. This premium variety is excusively cultivated in Malaysia and is rarely found in stores



The tanner Ceylon cinnamon enhances the flavor of sweet and savory dishes. It is renowed for its delicately sweet notes which lack the often harsh spiciness of the more popular darkish, brow cassia variety.

The comple flavor profile tends to best compliment desserts, but is really quite versatile.

It incorporates seamlessly into both sweet and savory dishes; melding and enhancing the natural flavor of the foods while contributing its own uniquely delicious clove like spiciness and pungent aroma.



Stir a stick in your coffee, tea or hot cocoa to bring the flavor to a whole new level. Ceylon cinnamon contains significantly less coumarin, a natural occuring substance that can pose toxicity issues.

The process for obtaining this product is quite unique, requiring the removal of the trees outer bark, followed by scraping the inner bark by hand into long, narrow strips and finally allowing it to dry.
