â—Honeycomb Filter (Strainer) With characteristics of big specific area, uniform aperture, stable quality, high mechanical strength, good thermal shock resistance, the honeycomb filter is suitable for molten metal filtering in metallurgy and foundry industries. The usage of the honeycomb filter can purify the metal liquid, remove the non-ferrous impurity and gas, make the metal flow fill the cavity steady and reduce the vortex, simplify the gating system and increase the technical produce rate, reduce the pore in casting, optimize and refine the metal structure, improve the surface quality and mechanical property, reduce the defective index of the casting, reduce the finish allowance and prolong the working life of the cutting tools and reduce the casting cost.
