Material Handling
Zhengzhou Sinotech offers a wide variety of material storage and
handling components, in sizes and configurations to match your
capacity needs and the layout of your plant. You can choose from
cement or fly ash silos up to ***0 barrel/***0 cu. ft. capacity,
aggregate bins to **0 tons and both open and enclosed conveyor
systems.
Weighing system
All materials are weighed with weighing system for accuracy and
ease of calibration. Load cells are matched and scaled to resist
water and dust. Weighing accuracy of the aggregates is within +/*2%
and cement/water to within +/*1% of the batch size. Our
computerized control ensures that all materials are sequenced into
the mixer at the appropriate time and in the correct amounts for
your mix design every batch.
Automated Controls
Choose from an entire family of plant control systems. The HZS
offers the highest level of batch plant automation and
programmability. Run a high-volume batch plant from start to
finish-batching, mixing, moisture control, even automated concrete
delivery of different mix designs to multiple locations on demand.
Its simple touch screen design means it is easy to learn and
operate.
Aggregate Control System
Variables such as temperature and moisture content affect the
quality of your finished product. The Aggregate Control System is
an economical way to control those variables and improve
performance. During wet weather it forces water from the material.
In the winter months it acts to thaw/heat frozen material for use.
A year-round solution, Aggregate Control System is easy to install
in new or existing plants and can handle up to eight separate
aggregate bins.
