Product Discription of Mill Machine:

Raw materials are sent to enter the mills feed-in the moment the waste gas hot wind from the bottom of the suspending pre-heater kiln through the air intake is sent to enter that installation as well, where raw materials containing water starts to exchange heat.

Raw materials are sent to the dryer where materials are gotten to be dry by intense heat exchange for the special spreading board within which spreads materials. Dry materials (still containing some water) pass the partition with the spreading board and enter the crudely milling cabin. Here raw materials are shattered by the grinders impacts and the grindings and further dried. Granule materials shattered to certain extents pass the grate to enter the middle unloading part, and then are ejected at exit cover with materials from refinedly milling cabin through the tubes unloading hole. The ejections are transmitted to powders selecting machine to divide. A few of divided crude powders pass the feed-in and then back to the crudely milling part a second time to increase the materials liquidity; while most of crude powders through the feed-in enter the refinedly milling cabin where crude powders are grinded more and further by grinders of small diameter and dried a second time by the mills hot wind through the feed-back at the same time. The new ejections conduct such circulation mentioned above one more time.
