Cationic Surface Sizing Agent(SAE Based)

Product introduction:
It is a new type of surface sizing agent synthesized by the copolymerization of styrene and ester.It can efficiently combinate with starch and lead to good cross link intensity and hydrophobic properties.With lower dosage,lower cost and easy use advantages,it has good film-forming property with can significantly improve the water-resistance and ring-crush strength of board-paper and corrugated paper.No curing period.Completely replace the usage of internal sizing agent.

Its correspondence product name are BK**2,BASF***7 etc.Based on large quantity application experience in varies paper mills,we improve the recipe day by day,final quality is the top grade in market.It can be used with starch to reduce sizing cost.It also has good mechanical stability with less bubbles generated during the operational process.After finish the starch cooking,keep the temperature at about *0â„ƒ**5â„ƒ,add in the product based on 1kg*2kg per ton paper(correct dosage should be depend on practice),use alum to adjust the PH to be 3.**4.0,then metering in size press.
